Today's opportunity may not be there tomorrow. Interest Rates change. Markets can be volatile. Your health can change in an instant. We want clients to be aware of these facts and plan accordingly.
It's your process, so you're in control. With time-sensitive issues, we encourage clients to leave "maybe" at the door. You can "yes...let's move ahead" or "No, we're not ready yet". We're not offended when clients say "no". "No", doesn't always mean "No, Never", sometimes it means "No, not now". We refuse to be "pushy". We ask our clients to "own" their "No". It's our way of guiding the planning process while allowing clients to be comfortable and in control at every stage.
"Yes" - We'll move forward
"No" - That's okay too, clients own the "No".
"Maybe" - Just a non-answer that forces an advisor into a position to be seen as "pushy"
It's vital to know where "you're at", if we're going to strategize about where "you like to be". A thorough understanding of your current situation is critical to the process.
Without your questions, we may not know your concerns or expectations. We welcome questions. We'd rather spend time on a subject than assume we're all on the same page and move ahead too fast.
We pride ourselves on educating our clients. We believe the most satisfied clients understand why our recommendations are made. We know our clients don't have time to be their own advisor, but we know clients have more confidence and peace of mind when they grasp their own "Big Picture".
JWS has grown over the years by providing good work, valuable service, appropriate products, and investment solutions to our clients. We appreciate it when satisfied clients choose to not keep us and our work a secret. We welcome introductions from our clients. Thank you to all the clients who have helped and continue to help us grow. We appreciate you and will continue to walk with you on your financial journey.
